The Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is one of 12 regional Reserve Banks that, along with the Board of Governors, make up the Federal Reserve System. The Atlanta Fed covers the Sixth Federal Reserve District, which includes Alabama, Florida, and Georgia, and parts of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
