In November of 2007, Catholic Social Services of Grand Rapids joined with Catholic Social Services of Muskegon and Catholic Human Development Outreach to form Catholic Charities West Michigan, which serves the 11 counties of the Diocese of Grand Rapids. Bell County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. It is part of the Killeen–Temple–Fort Hood Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of 2000, the population was 237,974 (however, 2008 estimates place the population at 285,084 according to the U.S. Census Bureau and the Texas Data Center). Its county seat is Belton. The center of population of Texas is located in Bell County, in the town of Holland. Bell is named for Peter Hansborough Bell, the third governor of Texas.
