Ranalli joined Allison Transmission in May 2011 as Director of Global IT Infrastructure and Operations. He had served as Acting CIO since July 2012. Prior to joining Allison, Ranalli was a Global Services Manager with Alcatel-Lucent in Pittsburgh, where he was responsible for IT operations for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's voice, data and wireless networks. Ranalli also previously worked for Advanticom in Pittsburgh, where he held positions of increasing responsibility including Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Professional Services. He holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
