Dawn Lindell joins Western from her position as the general manager of IT Services at Colorado Springs Utilities where she led 150 employees focused on every aspect of technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an Information Systems-focused Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.
