David Wu is Chief Technology Officer at Riverbed Technology and a member of Riverbed’s founding team. In his tenure with the company, Mr. Wu has held several positions, including Vice President, Software Development and Senior Vice President, Research & Development. Prior to joining Riverbed in January 2003, Mr. Wu served as Senior Engineering Manager at Inktomi Corp., joining the company following the acquisition of FastFoward Networks in October 2000. He has 10 patents issued and 33 pending patents relating to networking, programming languages, and databases. Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
