About the Person
In this new role Thibodeau is responsible for developing, creating and implementing IT policies that help achieve company and member goals. He oversees the planning and development of technology in all facets of banking transactions, member experience as well as enhanced security. He will also oversee records retention and the credit union’s electronic records and mail services.
