Sedgwick County Government is located in South Central Kansas and encompasses 1,008 square miles. Cities in Sedgwick County include Andale, Bel Aire, Bentley, Cheney, Clearwater, Colwich, Derby, Eastborough, Garden Plain, Goddard, Haysville, Kechi, Maize, Mount Hope, Oaklawn-Sunview, Park City, Valley Center, Viola, and Wichita. In 2020 we will celebrate our 150th Anniversary as a County!
About the Person
David Miller has served as the country’s budget director for the past eight years. He started working for the county in 2001 as a budget analyst. He also has worked as a budget analyst for the state of Kansas. He is a Wichita State graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration.
