About the Person
David Miller has served as the country’s budget director for the past eight years. He started working for the county in 2001 as a budget analyst. He also has worked as a budget analyst for the state of Kansas. He is a Wichita State graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration.
