David Hostetter is the Chief Technology Officer at Hipcricket. David brings over 20 years of experience deploying data driven emerging technologies to lower costs and drive higher profits for businesses to Hipcricket¹s engineering organization. Prior to Hipcricket, David was the CTO for Fabric Worldwide, a WPP funded Technology Company that productizes and packages big data into meaningful, ROI driven marketer solutions. At Fabric, David managed a globally distributed team that built optimization and data tools for marketers, to deliver a unified view of their digital campaigns across various channels. David has spent a number of years at the forefront of big data, digital media, and machine scalability at multiple positions with various companies including Loudeye (acquired by Nokia) where he was the CTO and Executive Vice President, MOD Systems as the Vice President of Engineering and over 11 years at Microsoft. David is a patent holder and has continually initiated and driven IP creation and patent securitization throughout his professional career.
