About the Company
The Roaring Fork Schools offer the more than 5,600 students it serves a unique learning experience with academic rigor, deep relationships, a safe and caring environment, and opportunities for all. The district has 13 schools in the communities of Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, and Basalt. Each community has a PreK-12 school continuum that provides consistency and strong school community. About the Person
David McGavock was joined Roaring Fork School District in August 1994. After 19 years with the Roaring Fork School District, Dave McGavock, director of technology, is retiring. A bank of computers and monitors on the shelf behind him helps illustrate the evolution of computer technology during his time with the district.
