A veteran technology professional with nearly three decades of experience, Darrell Jaggers leads First West’s information technology department. He is responsible for providing a full suite of technology services to First West’s brands, helping drive member experience through innovation, and ensuring the security of the credit union’s systems and data. Darrell previously served as CIO for Island Savings and helped shape its information systems department into one of the best in the B.C. credit union system. He has been recognized as Vancouver Island's “Top Forty Under Forty” in the Financial Services category.
