About the Person

Dan Speicher is chief technology officer at Omnitracs, LLC, and is responsible for providing a consolidated product vision and development strategy, aligned across Omnitracs business units. Prior to joining Omnitracs, Speicher spent five years as chief information officer at Hughes Telematics (HTI), where he led teams that developed world-class telematics solutions for Fortune 500 customers including Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, State Farm and AAA in the United States, Europe and China. Following Verizon’s purchase of HTI, he led corporate integration initiatives. Previously, Speicher spent 20 years with InfoGroup, a multi-national list data and marketing solutions provider, where he held a variety of positions including CTO, and provided leadership for mergers and acquisitions and the development of a shared services infrastructure. He also served in the United States Air Force, where he flew on airborne intelligence collection missions during the Cold War and was an instructor and curriculum developer for airborne intelligence collection courses.
