Lubbock ISD provides strong academic, fine arts and athletic programming to a diverse population. From an International Baccalaureate diploma to Academic Decathlon, career and technical education courses and an award-winning swimming and diving program, hundreds of students transfer into LISD to take advantage of the wide array of programs only available in Lubbock ISD.
Damon Jackson is currently the Senior Infrastructure Manager for the City of Ft. Worth. He has been the CTO for the Tucson Unified School District in Tucson, Arizona, and for Ector County ISD in Odessa, Texas. His private industry experience includes Dell Computer Corporation and Hughes Aircraft. He is a veteran of the US Army, serving as a Signals Intelligence Analyst. Jackson is a West Texas native and received his bachelor’s degree from Lubbock Christian University.
