SiEnergy Systems LLC is an early-stage company commercializing a novel thin film solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) developed at Harvard University. After 3 years of research activity in Shriram Ramanathan’s lab at Harvard University, the company moved to an independent location in Cambridge, MA for further commercialization of the technology.
