About the Person

Cindy Rogers is Senior Executive Vice President and head of the Operations and Technology Group. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing Bank Operations, Payment Operations, Management Consulting, Procurement Services, and Technology. She is also a member of the company's Operating Committee. Since joining Regions in 1982, Rogers has held a number of senior positions in operations and technology, including managing loan and deposit operations, major business technology initiatives, and M&A activities. She began her career at AmSouth Bank, which subsequently became Regions, in the internal audit department, where she became the senior supervisor for the technology audit. She earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Auburn University and is a graduate from Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Rogers serves on the board of directors of the Virginia Samford Theatre in Birmingham, AL. She is also active in her church, scouting and family activities.
