The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) is a non-profit educational organization that educates physicians and other healthcare practitioners in improving the assessment and management of complex, chronic disease through the use of functional medicine. IFM provides ACCME-accredited onsite and web-based training in functional medicine, publishes clinical textbooks and monographs, and communicates with policymakers, practitioners, educators, researchers, and the public to disseminate the functional medicine knowledge base more widely.

Kamehameha Schools (KS) is a private charitable trust endowed by the will of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop, the great-granddaughter and last direct descendant of King Kamehameha I. The trust`s mission is to improve the capability and well-being of Hawaiians through education.
