Craig E. Conway joined Livingston in April 2014 as the chief technology officer responsible for product delivery, platform integration, industry compliance, and quality. He also assumed responsibility for Livingston’s SmartBorder and TradeSphere technologies. Craig has a unique portfolio of experience that includes governance, merger integration, service quality, operational efficiencies, team-building, plus a focus on automation, innovation and agility. He joined Livingston from Transaction Network Services, Inc. in Reston, Virginia where he served as executive vice president and global chief technology officer since 2009, leading 500 technology professionals serving customers in over 60 countries in the telecommunications, retail, banking and financial services industries. For five years prior to that, Craig held progressive executive positions including chief technology officer and general manager with First Data Corporation, one of the world’s largest electronic payment processors. Craig was senior vice president, technology and operations with Concord EFS Inc. for five years prior to its merger with First Data in 2004. Craig serves on Temple University’s Management Information Systems advisory board and as an IT Fellow. In addition, he sits as a board member for their Institute for Business and Information Technology. Craig also sits on the Technical Advisory Committee of Ben Franklin Technology Partners, which evaluates business plans and products for investment by the state of Pennsylvania. He holds a B.B.A. in finance and legal studies and an M.B.A. in technology management, both from Temple University, Fox School of Business in Philadelphia. He also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management Executive Program in product development.
