We also have one of the country’s largest Wine Clubs, which offers members exclusive blends, members-only classes, promotions, and events.
2. Our Napa-Style Tasting Room allows guests to try our wines with the help of our tasting room attendants. Our Tasting Rooms also feature a gift shop with Cooper’s Hawk gourmet foods and specialty wine-related products.
3. Our seasonally inspired menu features a large selection of dishes with bin numbers listed next to each offering to guide guests to the perfect pairing. We use only fresh, peak-of-season ingredients in our scratch kitchen and our team members focus on quality, consistency and flavor.
4. Since we opened our doors in Orland Park Illinois in 2005, Cooper’s Hawk has received over 250 wine awards and accolades. Over the past few years, Nation’s Restaurant News has deemed us ‘Breakout Brand 2013’ and ‘Hot Concept 2010’. Last year, our Asian Pork Belly Tostadas won the prestigious ‘Menu Trendsetter’ in Menu Masters Awards. Our founder, Tim McEnery has received nods from Crain’s Chicago Business’s ’40 Under 40’ and was named Ernst & Young’s ‘2014 Entrepreneur of the Year.’
5. We are growing! During our decade long tenure, we’ve opened locations in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Virginia, Maryland and Wisconsin. We currently have over 3,000 employees and will only continue to grow our amazing team throughout the years.
