The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) is an independent government agency responsible for overseeing $6.2 trillion in the housing finance marketplace. FHFA`s mission is to ensure a stable and reliable source of funding for homeownership in the United States by regulating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Bank System. When multiple agency contracts exist with a single vendor, we consolidate those contracts into fewer contracts (perhaps one contract) with that vendor. In addition, we ensure that contractors meet their service obligations in terms of price, delivery, and quality. Fiscal Analysis & Planning: we provide budget forecasting, planning, and oversight for our internal operations as well as for existing and new statewide consolidation activities.
The Highlands Council is a 15-member appointed body tasked with implementation of the New Jersey Highlands Water Protection and Planning Act of 2004. The Highlands Council is advised in its actions by its Executive Director, who serves as the chief administrative officer of the Council.
