The Information Services Agency (ISA) is the enterprise provider of information technology services and solutions for the Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County. ISA works with approximately 10,200 users across 46 agencies and departments at 175 different site locations. ISA strives to meet the needs of its partners by not only quickly resolving IT issues, but by also being proactive; aligning resources and investments with the business needs and direction of our partners.
The Department of the Secretary of State touches the lives of virtually every Maine resident. As a Constitutional Officer, the Secretary is elected biennially through joint ballot of the Maine State Legislature, and is charged with carrying out the Department`s diverse responsibilities and unique mission. Because customer service and government efficiency are top priorities, the Department is recognized as a leader in the effort to enhance access to information and services through the use of technology. With more than 20 online services already in place, the Department of the Secretary of State is demonstrating the exciting possibilities for making e-Government services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through a partnership with the Information Resource of Maine (InforME), new online services are being launched on a regular basis. Importantly, the Department takes its responsibilities in the area of elections and civic education very seriously. Through comprehensive initiatives, the Secretary of State`s office conducts a variety of projects designed to strengthen our democracy.

With the adoption of the City Charter in 1949, the council-manager form of government under which the City of Killeen currently operates was established. The mayor is the City`s chief elected officer, but has no administrative power. The mayor presides over the City`s seven member City Council, which sets all policy. The operations of the City are overseen by a city manager appointed by the council. The citizens elect a mayor and three council members at large. The other four council members represent specific districts of the City and are elected by voters living in their districts. Terms for the mayor and all council members are two years, with a three-consecutive-term limitation for each office. The City holds nonpartisan elections each May. The mayor and the at-large council members are elected in even-numbered years, and the four district council members are elected in odd-numbered years.
