New York, NY-based Pace University has Appointed Clare van den Blink as Chief Information Officer
Since 1906, Pace University has educated thinking professionals by providing high quality education for the professions on a firm base of liberal learning amid the advantages of the New York metropolitan area. A private university, Pace has campuses in New York City and Westchester County, New York, enrolling nearly 13,000 students in bachelors, masters, and doctoral programs in its Lubin School of Business, Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, College of Health Professions, School of Education, School of Law, and Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. Our objective is to create thinking professionals who are highly sought after as innovators and successful leaders, and who will positively impact twenty-first century society.
Clare van den Blink brings many years of top-tier experience in information technology, in academic, non-profit organizations and industry, including several positions at Cornell University. She most recently served as Director of Academic Technologies at Cornell, where she helped develop a new IT strategic plan and was responsible for the design and launch of the universitys recent mobile strategy. Van den Blinks experience with leading research, experimentation and piloting of emerging learning technologies will assist Pace in promoting innovation in an ever-changing technology environment. .
