Assign tasks and priorities to meet DPW/Engineering Division goals. Perform professional engineering work relative to design, construction and maintenance of public works engineering, surveying and mapping projects, including ongoing engineering database and map maintenance. Review private and public construction projects. Prepare and administer divisional budget, conduct personnel evaluations, and recommend personnel actions. Knowledge and application of CAD, GIS and GPS technologies.
