Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah, Iowa is a charitable nonprofit community hospital and clinic serving northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota since 1914. We are the second largest Critical Access Hospital in Iowa, and are owned by the citizens of Winneshiek County. PeopleCare Health Services was established in 1992 and has continued to expand it support through out the State of Colorado. We provide non-medical support of children, disabled adults and seniors with customized care plans to meet the needs and desires for each person. We work with county case managers for the Medicaid HCBS and IHSS programs in Colorado. We are committed to our clients and our communities in Colorado.
