About the Company

About the Person
An IT professional with a 30 years experience, 15 of it on the hospital side developing financial and clinical software systems, Chuck is passionate about all things “information technology,” certain is it part of his DNA. He joined Aegis from Emdeon, a national healthcare IT firm, where most recently he was VP of Operations for the Channel Partner business unit where he oversaw client and vendor relationships. He was also a senior IT leader for HMS, now MEDHOST and Onlife Health (Gordian) in addition to several smaller HCIT startups. Chuck admires persistent people – he should, he his one, once swimming well over a mile across the Ohio River when he got caught on a section without a bridge. He is passionate about achieving solidarity across his team as many of his successes were the result of collaboration. He received his BSB from Murray State University in Kentucky with a major in Computer Information Systems, moving to Nashville right after graduation. When he is not on the computer, he likes to be off the grid, back-packing, hunting and fly fishing. Chuck lives in Williamson County where he enjoys spending time with his family.
