About the Person
Christopher J. Ross is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience leading global operations in the telecommunications, information technology and consumer electronics industries. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of Global Operations for Avigilon Corporation where he was a key contributor to the company’s revenue growth. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Ross served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Novatel Wireless Inc. where he established a lean, high performing team that enabled annual revenue to quadruple. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Ross was Vice President of Operations at Ericsson Wireless Communications with responsibility for world-wide supply of wireless telecommunications infrastructure based on CDMA radio access technology. From 1994 to 1999, he was Vice President, Manufacturing at QUALCOMM where he established the company’s large systems manufacturing operation and ramped capacity from $0 to $1 billion. Prior to joining QUALCOMM, he was Vice President of Manufacturing at Spectragraphics Corporation where he founded the company’s contract manufacturing subsidiary, SMS Technologies and served as its General Manager. Mr. Ross holds both Bachelor and Master of Electrical Engineering degrees from Manhattan College.
