About the Person

As senior vice president and chief information officer, Chris Dowler has leadership responsibility for the IT organization, comprised of 350 onshore and 250 offshore employees, at Assurant Health. Their mission is "to maximize information technology value and provide technology capabilities that align with Assurant Health's market segments." Dowler joined Assurant Health in 1986. During his tenure with the company, he has held a variety of IT leadership positions. He holds a bachelor's degree in actuarial science from Ball State University.
