About the Person

Charly Paelinck is responsible for the development of all IT enabled business capabilities for Caesars, including the systems that power the award winning Total Rewards program. He was also Vice President of Harrah's Entertainment. In his position, Paelinck will head Harrah's information technology development and delivery efforts in several key areas, including operations, marketing and gaming capabilities.His team's responsibilities include the enhancement and delivery of the IT systems supporting Total Rewards, Harrah's nationwide award-winning customer-loyalty program. Prior to joining Harrah's, Paelinck founded and led a consulting firm dedicated to assisting companies in leveraging and extending their IT capabilities into overseas markets. Paelinck has also held executive-level information technology positions with a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Sprint Corp., Baxter International, Inc., Frito-Lay, Inc., and Kellogg, Inc. He holds a master's degree in information technology from the University of Arizona and a bachelor's degree in business from Illinois State University.
