Lead and manage the Human Resources Operation, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with company and department goals and policies in a non-bureaucratic style.
In terms of Employee Relations, the Human Resources VP must cultivate a fun pro-active work environment that builds and maintains employee motivation, alliance, guest service commitment and productivity.
In terms of Management Development, the Human Resources VP must enhance and support our corporate culture and growth by reinforcing our competitive edge through continually upgrading our employees management, leadership and guest service skills, thereby promoting entrepreneurship within the organization.
Develop potential candidates and promote from within based upon skill and can do attitudes with our guests and employee&.
Design and oversee implementation of employee incentive programs that motivates and rewards the individual and team performance in providing superior guest service.
Maintain the leadership goal by establishing and constantly maintaining the goals, adjectives, and the distinctly unique values of the organization by demonstrating a high visibility, non-bureaucratic leadership style which fosters teamwork and will motivate the employees and provide them with a clear interpretation of the company goals and objectives while be pro-active and reaffirming these goals constantly.
Network with other departments to ensure consistency of direction.

Requirements
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Human Resource Management or related Degree
Masters Degree Preferred.
8+ Years of Gaming Experience
4+ Years of Human Resource Management
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Exceptional public speaking ability.
Computer skills required include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Must be able to work with high volumes of confidential information in a professional manner.
Must be detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
Ability to be a TEAM player
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
