About the Company

About the Person
As vice president of information technology and top technical leader, Carol is responsible for the organization’s technology vision and roadmap. Over five and a half years she has focused on leading transformational service and technology initiatives that have improved clinic and business operations. Most notably, under her leadership: the organization transitioned an aging EMR system to Epic Systems; defined business intelligence (BI) and data warehouse strategy selecting and implementing Oracle solutions, and conducted a complete overhaul of data center technology and operations. Addtionally, an information technology team restructure under Carol's leadership, is transforming the team into a responsive, business relationship management model with improved service delivery that adheres to service level agreements, fosters innovation, embeds information technology best practices and reduces operating expenses.
