Elephants are wise and have good memories; we make mistakes valuable, remember our lessons and impart this guidance on clients. We have all experienced the awkward feeling of navigating around an “elephant in the room.” HR professionals and employment attorneys especially can relate to having to address challenges that result from the inability to effectively deal with an “uncomfortable situation” or lead a “difficult conversation”. At HROIC, we transform workplace “elephants in the room” into opportunities to grow, learn, professionally develop and achieve excellence. How does one eat an elephant? One bite at a time, of course.
