Fairmont, MN-based Bank Midwest Promoted Bryan Wilken as Chief Information Officer

About the Person

Bryan Wilken has been promoted to Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Bank Midwest. The promotion became official in January of 2014 and follows Wilken’s 15 years of employment with the bank. Many of those years have been in leadership positions, including the last 12 years as Vice President of Information Technology (IT).   In his new position, Wilken will work directly with the management teams to help develop and implement solutions to better serve the technology needs of the bank’s customers and employees. Specifically, he will focus on electronic banking, channel delivery, data integration and data security.   Wilken graduated from Southwest Minnesota State with an Engineering Technology degree. He is currently involved in supporting various youth organizations in the community, such as the Mentor with Kindship Organization and Fairmont Youth Hockey Association.
