Bradley C. Richardson, also known as Brad, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of PolyOne Corporation since November 6, 2013 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Richardson served as the Chief Financial Officer of Diebold, Inc. since November 23, 2009 until November 6, 2013 and also served as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Previously, He served as an Executive Vice President of Diebold, Inc. He has broad experience in all elements of global finance, including tax, treasury, financial control, pension management, and corporate development. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in effective working capital management, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, developing performance management processes, as well as establishing sound financial controls and financial systems infrastructure. Mr. Richardson served as the Chief Financial Officer of Modine Manufacturing Company from May 12, 2003 to November 13, 2009 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer until November 13, 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy of Modine Manufacturing Company from April 1, 2008 to November 13, 2009. He served as a Vice President and Treasurer of Modine Aftermarket Holdings Inc. of Modine Manufacturing Co. until November 13, 2009. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance of Modine Manufacturing Company until April, 2008. He served as Vice President of Finance of Modine Manufacturing Co. since May 12, 2003 and Chief Financial Officer since 2003. He served at BP Amoco (now BP) for over 22 years in various positions. Mr. Richardson served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Performance Management and Control of Worldwide Exploration and Production division at BP from 2000 to May, 2003. He served as the President of BP Amoco Venezuela from 1999 to 2000 and also held various other financial and operational positions at BP Amoco from 1982 to 1998. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Amoco Energy Group, North America. He served as a Director of Tronox Limited (formerly, Kerr McGee Chemicals) since 2005 and Brady Corp. since November 2007. Mr. Richardson served as a Director of Proliance International Inc. from 2005 to May 3, 2007 and Modine Manufacturing Co. since April 1, 2008 until November 13, 2009. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Miami University (Ohio), an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, and a CPA certificate in Illinois.
