About the Person
Bobby Babbrah has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Archipelago Learning, Inc. since January 01, 2012. Mr. Babbrah served as the President and Chief Product Officer of ImageTag, Inc. Previously, Mr. Babbrah served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer ImageTag, Inc., and responsible for product operations and directing its technology strategy. He manages Product Management, Architecture and Engineering, IT/Operations, Support and Professional Services. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Helm Software from October 2006 to June 2007, where he successfully instituted agile practices in enterprise architecture and project management. Mr. Babbrah served as Vice President of Architecture and Content Engineering at Pearson Education's School Companies group and led the development and architecture of on-demand solutions for the K-12 market from February 2002 to October 2006. He served as the Chief Architect at InfoImage Inc., and led the design and development of one of the first enterprise-class portal frameworks for portal object management, personalization and enterprise integration. He is a rare mix of worldly knowledge, techie genius, adrenaline junkie and simple soul. He serves as an Independent Board Member of ImageTag, Inc. Mr. Babbrah holds a BS in Computer Science from Arizona State University's Fulton School of Engineering, an MS in Information Management from Arizona State University and an MBA from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business.
