Robert P. DeRodes, also known as Bob, is the Founder of DeRodes Enterprises, LLC. Mr. DeRodes has been Senior Advisor at Target Corp. He served as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at Target Corp. from May 5, 2014 to February 2015. He leads Target`s information technology transformation. He assumed oversight of the Target technology team and operations, with responsibility for the ongoing data security enhancement efforts as well as the development of Target`s long-term information technology and digital roadmap. Mr. DeRodes served as an Executive Vice President of Operations & Technology at First Data Corporation. Mr. DeRodes served as Chief Technology Officer at First Data Corporation since October 2008 where he was responsible for product development, systems, infrastructure, and processes. Mr. DeRodes served as an Executive Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at The Home Depot Inc. from February 2002 to September 2008. His IT experience spans more than 40 years in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail and airline. Mr. DeRodes served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Delta Technology, LLC from September 1999 to February 2006 and served as Chief Information Officer for its Delta Airlines, Inc. from September 1999 to February 2002 where he was responsible for managing its day-to-day operation, including Internet and intranet initiatives. He joined Delta Technology in 1999. He joined Home Depot Inc. in 2002 and was responsible for all aspects of Home Depot Inc.`s Information Technology and Communication Systems. He began his career in 1975 at Centerre Bancorporation in St. Louis, Missouri where he held positions as both Vice President of Application Systems and Vice President of Strategic Planning. From February 1995 to September 1999 he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology for Delta Technology, Inc. From February 1995 to September 1999, Mr. DeRodes served as Senior Technology Officer at Citibank for the Card Products Group. He served as Chief Technology Officer at Citibank N.Y. Global Card Products Group. From February 1993 to February 1995, he served as the President of Sabre Development Services for the Sabre Group, a subsidiary of American Airlines. He was employed at Sabre Holdings Corporation, Delta Air Lines Inc. and Citigroup Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Bank Operations & Technology and Vice President of Financial Services Systems of United Services Automobile Association (USAA). From November 1983 to February 1993, he served various executive positions with United Service Automobile Association. He has been Member of Advisory Board at SignatureLink, Inc. since September 2012. He serves as Member of Advisory Board at INTEGRITY Global Security, LLC. He served as Director of Veracode, Inc. He has been a Director of NCR Corporation since April 23, 2008. He serves as a senior IT advisor to the Center for CIO Leadership, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Secretary of Defense, and the U.S. Department of Justice. He is a director for publicly held NCR and privately held Veracode. In 2005, the Lattanze Center at Loyola College Maryland named Mr. DeRodes Information Services Executive of the Year; the following year, Information Week named him one of 25 top technology officers. Mr. DeRodes holds Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas in Austin.
