We assembled a team that figured out how to use traditional cheese-making techniques but using nut milk instead of milk from an animal. Through this process, we were able to create a line of revolutionary products that you can feel good about eating. Once we unlocked the secret to making nut milks behaving like cow’s milk, the options were endless. Today, we offer a variety of delicious products including artisan delicacies, nut milk yogurts, and pastas.
