About the Company
Relypsa is a biopharmaceutical company leading the discovery, development and commercialization of polymer-based medicines to treat conditions that are often overlooked and undertreated, but that can have a serious impact on patient lives or even be life-threatening. Relypsa was founded in October 2007 and is headquartered in Redwood City, Calif.
