Mr. William C. Pratt, Bill has been the Chief Information Officer of SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (formerly, Sirius Satellite Radio Inc.) since June 19, 2003. Mr. Pratt served as Chief Information Officer of the education publishing division of The McGraw-Hill Cos., where he led a team that developed electronic ordering systems and other online initiatives. Prior to that, he served as Chief Information Officer and senior vice president of global technology of PR Newswire Association LLC of New York. He held supervisory information technology positions at publishing houses Bantam Doubleday Dell Publishing Corp. and Simon & Schuster, and at telecommunications provider AT&T Corp. and defunct accounting firm Arthur Andersen. Mr. Pratt is a graduate of Drew University and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University's School of Management.
