About the Person
Bill currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Shane Company, one of the top privately held jewelry retailers in the country. At Shaneco, he is responsible for all aspects of their global technology functions including physical security systems. Bill, a serial CIO, has held various C-level positions at leading global retail and distribution companies throughout his 30+ year career as well as acting as a consultant to many Fortune 500 companies on key strategy and IT engagements. Prior to Shane, Bill was SVP-CIO at Source Interlink Companies, VP IT at The Disney Store, CIO at Smart and Final and National Director of Technology for Arthur Andersen to name a few. His career has led him literally all over the world leading his companies and clients through start up endeavors, expansion strategies and M&A activities. He has a Master’s of Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.
