About the Person

Bloom, a former partner in Accenture's financial services practice and VP at Hartford Life, joined Travelers in 2003 as CIO, in 2006, insurance operations, including service centers, underwriting support and policy processing, agency operations, and Billing, were added to his responsibilities. At EXL, Bloom will lead sales and marketing, strategic account management and transformation services.
