Second Nature began in 2012 as a company called FilterEasy. The mission was simple, to make replacing air filters as convenient as possible. In time, co-founders Thad Tarkington and Kevin Barry made it happen.

Vernadero is a Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 1999 to provide public works and environmental support services to DoD installations and facilities throughout the Southwest.
