Las Vegas, NV-based MGM Resorts International has promoted Becky Wanta as Global Chief Technology & Innovation Officer.

 

About the Company

MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) is one of the world`s leading global hospitality companies, operating a portfolio of destination resort brands, including Bellagio, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay and The Mirage. MGM has significant holdings in gaming, hospitality and entertainment, owns and operates 15 properties and has 50% investments in three other properties including CityCenter, which features ARIA Resort and Casino. MGM also has a 51% interest in MGM China Holdings Limited, which owns the MGM Macau resort and casino and is in the process of developing a resort on Cotai. About the Person

A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of IT experience, Wanta first joined MGM Resorts in a consulting role as Interim Chief Technology Officer in 2010. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for State Compensation Insurance Fund, the largest workers’ compensation insurance company in California.
