Barbara D. Carlini has been the Chief Financial Officer of Green Mountain Coffee Inc. since 2002. She served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Dean Foods Co. Ms. Carlini served as the Corporate Vice President of the Mobile Devices Division at Motorola. Ms. Carlini served as the Chief Information Officer of Diageo Americas, (formerly Guinness North America) since November 2001. At Diageo Americas, she was responsible for leveraging technology as a key driver of organic growth. From September 1997 to November 2001, Ms. Carlini served as the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing Systems at Nabisco. She also served as Senior IT Director at Nabisco. She has experience in both the Direct-Store-Delivery and warehouse business models and has run multiple company-wide system integration efforts. Ms. Carlini has been a Director of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Inc. since 2002.
