Dr. Khandpur served as a Vice President and General Manager of Personal Safety Division at 3M Company from January 2014 to July 14, 2014. Dr. Khandpur served as Vice President of Research & Development for Industrial Business Group at 3M Company from 2013 to January 2014. He served as a Technical Director of Asia Pacific Industrial & Transportation Business and Senior Executive Director of Technical 3M India & SriLanka at 3M India Limited. He served as a Non-Executive Director of 3M India Limited from February 10, 2014 to August 1, 2014. Dr. Khandpur began his 3M career as a senior research engineer in 1995. Dr. Khandpur holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
