South Jordan, UT-based AdvancedMD has Appointed Arman Samani as Chief Technology Officer
AdvancedMD, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, is part of a globally-trusted company with nearly $11B in revenues and approximately 620,000 clients, including more than 45,000 U.S.-based physicians. Our company is one of the world’s largest providers of cloud-based software, including an ONC-ATCB-CCHIT 2011-2012 Certified complete electronic health record. ADP helps clients comply with regulatory and legislative changes, such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Arman Samani brings over 16 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry and significant expertise leading development of cloud-based, SaaS and mobility solutions that are interoperable in the healthcare space. He has held several leadership positions with increasing levels of responsibility in product and engineering at MEDHOST, 3M, Medicity, and Allscripts. Samani graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor in Economics and earned his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina. He began his career as software engineer building revenue cycle management systems and later led EHR development and interoperability for the ambulatory and inpatient markets. Samani is based in Salt Lake City and reports to ADP AdvancedMD President, Raul Villar.
