Arif Maskatia has been Vice President, of Engineering of Acer ValueLab-USA and Chief Technology Officer for Acer America Corp. since 1994. Mr. Maskatia serves as an Advisor - Mobile Computing of Aerielle Technologies, Inc. (Formerly Aerielle Group International Inc.). He spent four years with Zenith Data Systems (a Group Bull Company) as Vice President of their Advanced Technology Center and seven years as Senior Director of technical operations with PC manufacturer Alcatel/ITT Information Systems. Prior to joining Acer, Mr. Maskatia held senior technology development positions with Zenith Data Systems, Alcatel/ITT Information Systems, Phoenix Technologies and Poqet Computers of California. Mr. Maskatia has over 30 years of experience in mobile computing, technology and management. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Zeptor Corporation. He serves as Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Seeo Inc. He served as a Director of Lithium Technology Corp. from February 23, 1999 to February 6, 2008. Mr. Maskatia holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in electrical engineering from Cornell University.
