Mr. Tardugno serves as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of AvMed, Inc. He served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Enterpreise Planning & Technology Services at Noridian Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. Tardugno served as Executive Vice President of Technology Services at Noridian Mutual Insurance Company. Mr. Tardugno`s responsibilities include enterprise planning, and project and process management. He was also responsible for all Information Technology resources across the enterprise and leads its IT transformation to deliver more member-focused services. He served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Lifetime Healthcare, Inc. Before joining Noridian in 2011, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield in Rochester, N.Y., where he helped lead an IT transformation. He also served as IT Director of Kodak Polychrome Graphics, Senior Manager of North American Manufacturing IT Operations for Xerox Corporation, and Account Manager and Senior Consultant for Keane Incorporated. He is active on several charitable, academic and professional boards. He serves as a Director at MDdatacor LLC. Mr. Tardugno holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the State University of New York at Oswego. He is a graduate of the American Health Insurance Plans Executive Leadership Program of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
