Anne Milkovich, 52, has been with MSU since 2006. She started her IT management career with Microsoft and went on to consult for organizations including General Motors, AT&T, Learning Tree International and Global Knowledge. Milkovich is also a professional speaker and the author of ""Management Bytes: Ten Essential Skills for Technical Managers."" Milkovich earned an MBA at the University of Montana and is certified as a Project Management Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources. Milkovich is currently studying for a doctorate in higher education administration at MSU. She and her husband, Tom, have three grown children and run a working cattle ranch in the Shields Valley.
