As Chief Information Officer, Andrew Haines is responsible for streamlining product development and delivery to support the company's business growth and client services strategy. Mr. Haines brings to Scivantage over 20 years of experience delivering business solutions in both the institutional services and retail technology sectors with a track record of fostering a culture of innovation. Prior to joining Scivantage, Mr. Haines was CIO at GAIN Capital Group where he led all aspects of technology strategy and built an award-winning trading platform. Mr. Haines has also held senior technology management positions at Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, and Virtual Growth/Insperity. An industry thought-leader, Mr. Haines was recognized by the New Jersey Technology Council as the 2012 "CIO of the Year," and was also in Wall Street & Technology's Gold Book (2010) as one of the industry's most innovative technology leaders. He is an accredited author, having most recently published, "Updating Your Company's Technology Strategy: Leading CTOs and CIOs on Working with the Executive Team, Managing Budgeting Constraints, and Delivering Business Value" in October 2010. Mr. Haines holds a Masters in Information Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and a Minor in Management Information/Decision Support Systems from the University of Delaware.
