About the Person
Andrew Brown will be responsible for all aspects of Group technology from infrastructure to development and will be focussed on developing and delivering the Group's technology roadmap. Andrew started his career at Arthur Andersen before joining Independent News and Media PLC in 1998, where he was responsible for implementing systems across the UK, integrating regional and national newspaper and magazine titles, and collaborating with sister titles around the world in Ireland, South Africa and Australia. Andrew joined the Evening Standard in 2010 as Group Operations Director after a stint at Imprezzeo, a Sydney based technology business. He was responsible for technology, distribution and circulation, plus a wide group of disciplines involved in running the Evening Standard, The Independent and the local London broadcasting TV station, London Live.
