Since 1996, Principals of Clearwater Living have been actively engaged in the ownership, operation, and development of high-quality senior living communities nationwide. In 2011, Clearwater Living was formed for the sole purpose of providing entitled land and developing senior living communities for operators and their financial stakeholders.
