About the Person
As Chief Information Officer, Alan Missen is responsible for the strategic development and delivery of all technology platforms and services for FirstService Residential, with a primary focus on improving customer experience, and supporting our brand promise of delivering exceptional service. Over the past three decades, Alan has held senior IT leadership and executives positions in a number of services related industries including PwC, First Advantage Corporation (global leader in Human capital Services), Arthur Andersen, Pitney Bowes and CIBC. Alan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Toronto. He currently lives in Florida with a son a daughter and enjoys traveling, fitness and running.
